Grant Loveless, 305 Church Avenue, Buhl, Idaho 83316 agrees to sell one Wirehaired Pointing Griffon - - male / female whelped ______________for the sum of $ _______________.
The litter will be registered with AKC and can be registered with NAVHDA.
The buyer is completely responsible for the care and management of the pup from the time of delivery.

PUPPY GUARANTEE
The dog is a purebred Wirehaired Pointing Griffon; a correct pedigree will be given to the buyer. The puppy is healthy. At the option and expense of the buyer, the puppy should be taken to a Veterinarian within 5 days of purchase. If the puppy is found to be unhealthy, the buyer will receive a 100% refund, providing the dog is returned immediately to the seller. This does not include conditions that are the results of the buyer's negligence or accidental occurrence. The dog is free of hereditary crippling defects (by O.F.A.) detectable by 30 months of age. If such defects should appear, one of the following will apply, at the discretion of the seller.

a. Refund of the purchase price if returned to the seller.

b. Replacement of the pup, provided the pup is returned to the seller.

c. Since a great deal of time, money and emotion will be invested in the puppy by the buyer, and properly treated, some serious hereditary faults will not render the dog unfit to hunt. One half of the purchase price will be refunded upon receipt by the seller, of acceptable verification of said fault and confirmation that the dog has been spayed/neutered and properly treated for said fault.

This puppy has been carefully socialized and shows no temperament problems at the time of sale. Should your puppy develop severe shyness, not environmentally caused a. or b. of paragraph 3, above will apply at the discretion of the seller. The seller cannot be responsible for handling and development of the dog.
